What is your primary product or service?
Quickbooks software, sales, installation, setup, and training. We also off payroll and bookeeping services. As well as offices supplies for QuickBooks - laser checks, invoice and statments, envelopes, stamps and business cards
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
17 years as an ecomomist with the state budget office doing economic and revenue forecasting. 7 years as a controller for a small company in RTP handling all aspects of operations financial to manufacturing. Using economic, accounting, computer bacground, started Bottomline Solutions to provide these type of services to small businesses.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Expiernce in both government and business. Not a CPA but a management accountant/economist to help owners use their accounting system for opertating their company not just for filing taxes. Believe on ONE-ON-ONE training and support at clients location allowing hands-on training.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
one location - no plans for expanding locations

Invoiced - Net 30; Visa, Mastercard, paypal
Which areas do you service?
Free travel to Wake, Durham, Orange, Chatham, Lee and Johnston Counties. Willing to travel anywhere for travel fee.

Standard business hours for appointments to customer location 9am to 6pm Monday-Friday. 24/7 Telephone and email support. Will make appointments if necessary on weekends and other hours.
