How long have you been in business?
Kustom Koozies has been in business since 1998, providing a quality product and service. We love being a part of our clients events and business.
What is your primary product or service?
We screen print koozies, and t-shirts, sweat shirts, hoodies, etc. We have quick turnaround, and a low minimum order.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The owners have always liked koozies, and wanted to provide a way for customers to purchase in small quantities.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are just quicker, more customer oriented and nicer. We stock the products we print, and we print in our location, so we are able to look at quality on every project. If your product will not print well, we will let you know BEFORE we print, so you can make a decision on what you would like to do. We allow customers to order in small quantities, this helps many businesses get started with shirts without having to spend a lot of money.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, and we do not have plans to open any more.

What type of payments do you accept?
We want to make it easy for you to give us money!! We take cash, check and all credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
We ship nationally.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Bob and Julie Liddle are the owners of the company. Judy Ferster is the operations manager
What are your hours of operation?
We are online, so you can place an order 24 hours a day, you can come visit us at our facility Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. We have a full warehouse of koozies, and we have many shirt samples to pick from.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That I look a lot like George Clooney. just kidding :) We love it when a new customer says they got our name from a rfriend. Even better when they say multiple people recommended us.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Treat the customer the way you would like to be treated.
