ES Lending is the flagship of the parent company, Arrington, Edgar, and Shiel. Founded in 2003 by Joseph Settle, Michael Thompson, and Arch Williams IV, these gentlemen come from a long line of experience; over 60 years combined, in buying and selling mortgages throughout the United States and Europe. Realizing the potential of the company, the founding partners soon spread AES throughout the state of North Carolina with multiple locations. The expansion of AES Lending has allowed the company the benefit in embarking in joint ventures with medium-sized companies in similar industries across North Carolina and into bordering states including real estate brokers, builders, developers, financial advisors, and insurance agencies. But is has been our most recent affiliation to Resmac, Inc. (NMLS 153098 that has helped to fuel our growth into new markets.
