How long have you been in business?
Since 1981. The early years we were engaged in home building. Since 1990 we HAVE NOT maintained a NC General Contractor's license. Please remove "General" from all listing descriptions. Thank you.
What is your primary product or service?
Home repairs; the majority of our business is driven by the re-sales transaction of local residential real estate. We sub contract some areas of work as the job requires. Our main skills are carpentry and an advanced knowledge of the building code and professional business practices.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
For the first ten years or so we concentrated on new construction. However, since about 1990 we have not renewed the NC General Contractor's license and DO NOT SOLICIT or engage work that requires a General Contractors license.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We serve the Realtors and their needs for high quality repairs and management of repairs related to the resale of residential listings.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one location. No intention of expansion.
What type of payments do you accept?
Personal checks or proceeds from the closing attorney's escrow account.
Which areas do you service?
Primarily North Raleigh and Cary.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
William H. Wilson, Jr.
What are your hours of operation?
Typically Monday - Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM. Appointments accepted.

The professional level of our finished work is such that it's not obvious that we have been to the job site.
