How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After 12 years of project/program management experience, I realized that much of the profession was being productized and the project manager was becoming commodotized. With more certified professionals than ever and project success rates still dropping, I decided to start a firm focused on project leadership and scalable solutions.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are focused on project professionals and execution. We have partnered with folks in both the training and PPM software spaces, so we can maintain focus on execution of project management best practices.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 location and no plans as of today. We leverage technology to scale.
