We set up an appointment for a large job and were running late due to unexpected things at work. We arrived home 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment to find his business card on our door with the appointment time and some exclamation points. The business card was followed very quickly by a nasty email stating that we weren't courteous, that his time was just as important and that he would've appreciated notification.... He didn't call to see if there was an emergency or anything before shooting off this insanely inappropriate email that was followed by a second email as well. Both were almost harassing in nature and terribly rude. I'm thankful this man was never allowed in my home and I would NEVER do business with this company and will be sure no one I know does either. Be warned.
