What is your primary product or service?
We are the Managed Services leader in our marketplace. We also provide IT Support to Medium- and Small-sized businesses including Network Design and Support, Technical Outsourcing, Internet Security, Data and Phone Cabling, and Computer Sales & Service.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We have all worked with technology most of our working lives.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide our clients with peace of mind. We sell stable, reliable products and deliver quality work. We have a responsive, knowledgeable staff who are committed to customer satisfaction. We also do business the old-fashion way with honesty and integrity.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have our corporate office in Cary, NC. Managed Services allows us to respond to clients over a wide geographic area.

We are located in Kilmayne Offices which is near the intersection of Maynard Rd and Kildaire Farm Rd. We are across from the Goodwill Store.

Typical hours are 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday. However, we have after hours service for those who call our office and leave a message on our emergency line.
